Hamid Zahir serves as Vice President of Originations for First Capital Trust Deeds at the Orinda office.
Licensed since 2007, Hamid brings nearly two decades of real estate and mortgage experience. He focuses on bridge, fix-and-flip, construction, cross-collateral, and private money lending for investors and developers nationwide.
Hamid brings a developer's perspective to every deal. He has been directly involved in the construction of more than 28 residential projects, including multiple ground-up custom homes - experience that shapes how he structures and executes each transaction.
